Stress
a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances
Stress isn’t always bad. In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. But when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price.
so, what did you do when you're in a state of mental stress?
watching movies?
sing aloud?
shopping?
sleep?
eat?
yes, everyone have their own solution to handle their stress.
however. have you tried to tell someone or share what had been disturbing you?
maybe yes, maybe not.
for those who answered yes, is it someone close to you and what did that person response? I mean, did he/she fully concentrate what you've been telling him/her and accepting you every time you came telling your problems? did he/she ever get annoyed? never ever tell your secrets to someone else?
let me tell you the one that will never gets annoyed, always accepting you and of course, never tell anyone else your secrets.. and the most amazing things is, your problems will be solved!
